Our friends at FCL Engage are hosting an event to support and connect emerging developers across the Bay Area. The Emerging Developer Workshop will provide insights into navigating the development process, accessing resources, and building relationships with key partners in housing and community development.

Now in its 19th year, our annual symposium brings the pro-housing community together to learn about, discuss, and explore innovative ideas to solving California’s most pressing housing issues.
San Jose: Tour of Blossom Valley Senior Apartments by Charities Housing
Housing Action Coalition, Catalyze SV, & the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California invite you to join Charities Housing as we tour one of its newest 100% affordable housing projects in San Jose as part of SV@Home's Affordable Housing Month. Hear from the developers themselves on the decisions they made and see their new project up close. A light dinner in the building's community room will be offered to all registrants as we finish the tour.

Michael Gunning of Lighthouse Public Affairs will take us through the California landscape that led us to the devastating fires in LA. He will pose questions, challenges, and help us understand what state LA is in now.
Ryan Lenney of the Student Homes Coalition will share their work to develop and advocate for statewide policies addressing the student housing crisis. He’ll walk us through their student housing bills package.
