This innovative, stylish, and 100% affordable housing project marks one of the largest ground-up affordable developments in the City to break ground in recent years.

Originally approved in 2020 as a mixed-income project, 300 De Haro has since evolved into a fully affordable development. It will provide 425 furnished and unfurnished studio units and neighborhood retail, along with a variety of amenities designed to foster community, empower individuals and families, and provide lasting comfort, security, and opportunity.
