Nikki is a leading advocate in the Bay Area for homeownership, community revistment, and equitable programs. She serves on various boards and committees, addressing the wealth gap and disparities in communities of color through innovative homeownership projects.

    Rick is an accomplished advocate, organizer, and former Mayor and Council member of the City of San Mateo. He’s championed labor through his work with the building trades and the Nor Cal Carpenters Union. And he’s helped drive regional housing solutions through his work on the San Mateo City Council, planning commission, and ABAG Housing committee. Rick currently serves a the chair of the Housing Leadership Council of the San Mateo County Board of Directors.
