Kyle Vansice to introduce Cedar, an Austin-based startup rethinking how infill housing gets built. Cedar’s software helps developers quickly understand what can be built on a site by combining real estate data with smart design tools. The goal: save months of time and significant upfront costs while making it easier to deliver housing in walkable, transit-friendly neighborhoods.
