Ramie Dare, Director of Real Estate Development for the Bay Area at Mercy Housing California, who will offer insights from the affordable housing front -- what’s working, what’s not, and what the development landscape looks like for the rest of the year.
Kyle Vansice to introduce Cedar, an Austin-based startup rethinking how infill housing gets built. Cedar’s software helps developers quickly understand what can be built on a site by combining real estate data with smart design tools. The goal: save months of time and significant upfront costs while making it easier to deliver housing in walkable, transit-friendly neighborhoods.

With deep experience in workforce and housing policy, Scott brings valuable insights into how labor and development intersect in San Francisco.
