Join HAC for an exciting tour of 2550 Irving, a new 100% affordable housing development in the Sunset, designed by Pyatok and built by Guzman Construction. Led by TNDC in partnership with the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development, this project brings 90 new homes for working families to a neighborhood that has seen far too little affordable housing in recent decades.

The building also includes community-serving ground-floor space, green areas, bike parking, and proximity to high-performing schools—making it an ideal location for family-focused affordable housing in a historically under-built part of the city.
