We’re excited for our committee to review:

Mowry Village in Newark which will transform a 50-year-old auto wrecking yard into a fully all-electric mixed-use neighborhood. The plan calls for 196 single-family homes and 30 affordable apartments, paired with a new all-abilities park and redesigned streetscapes for improved walking, biking, and safety.
