10 S. VAN NESS AVE.
This proposed project on 10 South Van Ness Avenue in downtown San Francisco is a 590ft tall apartment tower with 33,000 square feet of ground retail and 984 new homes to boot. This behemoth of a project will definitely help San Francisco with its housing shortage and is worthy of our support. INDIA BASIN
This proposed project in Southeast San Francisco in the Bayview Hunters Point neighborhood will transform a former gravel yard into a pedestrian-and-bicycle-focused residential village holding host to 1,575 homes. This proposed project on the corner of Concar Drive and Delaware Avenue in San Mateo is part of a larger project of San Mateo’s Rail Corridor Plan Area. This site though will house 935 homes, including 72 affordable units, and 35,000 square feet of public and retail space with a Trader Joe’s.
