This innovative project brings a brand new professional ballpark to the city of Oakland along with 3,000 residential homes of mixed affordability, providing more much needed homes in the Oakland area, along with retail space, office space, and 18.3 acres of new waterfront parks and open space.

After an extensive presentation from the project team, our Project Review Committee determined the proposal would help to alleviate the housing affordability and displacement crisis by creating well-designed new homes centered around local and regional transit.
