CANDLESTICK PLAN
The Housing Action Coalition is pleased to endorse the new Candlestick Plan to bring 7,218 new homes. This project will help meet the state-mandated goal of 82,000 new homes with an astounding 32% dedicated to affordable housing. The project also includes a completed Alice Griffith public housing complex that brings 337 100% affordable homes to the area. Address: Harney/Jamestown Ave.

STONESTOWN GALLERIA
This project at the Stonestown Galleria will innovatively transform the current Stonestown Mall by developing the existing underutilized surface level parking into housing, retail space, and office space. This project includes 3500 homes with a wide variety ranging from townhomes to dense multi-story buildings with a mix of rental, for-sale, market rate, and affordable housing options.

2395 Sacramento will bring 24 new, well-designed homes to a transit-oriented location in San Francisco. The project will revitalize a historic and underutilized space in the heart of Pacific Heights and reconnect it to the neighborhood.

1526 Powell is a mixed-use project that will bring 20 new, well-designed homes to a transit-oriented location in San Francisco. The project will create much-needed mixed-use housing while preserving the historic Delucchi Sheet Metal Works building.

730 Stanyan is an affordable housing development providing 160 affordable homes for people with low and moderate incomes in San Francisco (25-80% AMI), including families, formerly unhoused families, and transitional Aged Youth (TAY). The site fronts the historical commercial Haight Street and the residential Waller Street and is located at the entry of Golden Gate Park on Stanyan Street.
