300 5TH ST.
HAC is pleased to support 300 5th Street. The project will replace a gas station with 130 homes located near a variety of transit options. True to its sustainable design, the project provides no parking, helping to incentivize environmentally friendly transit.

468 TURK ST.
HAC is pleased to endorse 468 Turk Street, which creatively employs the state density bonus onto a small site in downtown San Francisco. The project will bring over 100 homes to a transit rich area.
