HAC wraps up big advocacy week, racks up wins around the state
The Housing Action Coalition had a busy week of advocacy across the state and played a role in helping a number of housing projects get approved. In addition to those efforts, we also hosted the first LA Mayoral debate and pushed for implementation of state law in local jurisdictions.
From Southern California
Southern California Director Jesse Zwick teamed up with Michael Schneider from Streets for All to moderate the first LA Mayoral debate. If you missed it, you can watch the debate here.
Pushed the City of Los Angeles to properly implement Senate Bill 79 and opposed an effort to undermine Assembly Bill 2011. You can express your opposition to the ordinance here.
