Shaping Los Angeles: A Debate About the Future of LA — Live Stream

Los Angeles is at a crossroads. The city faces a housing shortage that has pushed rents sky high, fueled homelessness, and forced working families out of the communities they call home. And yet the city's own rules and policies continue to block desperately needed new housing.

The next mayor will inherit these challenges on day one — and the decisions they make will shape LA for a generation. That's why the Housing Action Coalition and Streets for All are bringing the leading candidates for mayor together for a substantive debate on the issues that matter most: housing, homelessness, infrastructure, and transportation.

This is a chance to hear directly from the people who want to lead LA — and to hold them accountable on the policies that will determine whether this city becomes more affordable, more connected, and more livable, or continues down a path that's failing too many Angelenos.
