The Housing Action Coalition is pleased to endorse The Commons at Aliso Viejo Town Center transforming surface parking into a mixed-use project that will bring 362 homes and 5,769 square feet of ground floor commercial space.

The Housing Action Coalition is pleased to endorse the new Candlestick Plan to bring 7,218 new homes. This project will help meet the state-mandated goal of 82,000 new homes with an astounding 32% dedicated to affordable housing.
