9450 N. SHIRLEY AVE.

A redevelopment project that brings 350 multifamily apartments to the City of Northridge in Southern California. The project contributes to the City’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund, via payment of the Affordable Housing Linkage Fee. The project also includes two large outdoor courtyards and received LEED Silver Certification.
