338 SOUTH ALHAMBRA AVE
The Housing Action Coalition is pleased to endorse 338 S. Alhambra Ave. in Monterey Park which will bring 64 new homes to the local area and utilizing a density bonus to provide both townhomes and apartments with stellar design and open space.

STONESTOWN GALLERIA
This project at the Stonestown Galleria will innovatively transform the current Stonestown Mall by developing the existing underutilized surface level parking into housing, retail space, and office space. This project includes 3500 homes with a wide variety ranging from townhomes to dense multi-story buildings with a mix of rental, for-sale, market rate, and affordable housing options.

2395 Sacramento will bring 24 new, well-designed homes to a transit-oriented location in San Francisco. The project will revitalize a historic and underutilized space in the heart of Pacific Heights and reconnect it to the neighborhood.

1526 Powell is a mixed-use project that will bring 20 new, well-designed homes to a transit-oriented location in San Francisco. The project will create much-needed mixed-use housing while preserving the historic Delucchi Sheet Metal Works building.

530 Turk is a mixed-use project that will bring 88 new well-designed, well-located homes to San Francisco. The site is transit-oriented and 27% of the homes in the project are designated affordable housing, providing essential homes for lower-income residents.

HAC is pleased to support 300 5th Street. The project will replace a gas station with 130 homes located near a variety of transit options. True to its sustainable design, the project provides no parking, helping to incentivize environmentally friendly transit.

MANDELA STATION
This proposed project, built on top of a major BART station, will create a new cultural hub in the neighborhood by opening up adjacent streets, allowing opportunities for art projects, and creating 762 new homes (240 of which are affordable units).
