Hillsdale Reimagined
The Housing Action Coalition is pleased to support Hillsdale Reimagined, a transformative mixed-use redevelopment that reimagines the existing Hillsdale Mall into a walkable, transit-oriented district delivering significant housing, affordability, open space, and community benefits. The project converts a car-oriented, single-use shopping center into a vibrant neighborhood with nearly 1,400 new homes, substantial on-site affordable housing, enhanced retail, and new public spaces within a quarter-mile of the Hillsdale Caltrain Station.
