The Housing Action Coalition is pleased to endorse the 533 Kirkham project in Oakland transforming surface parking into a mixed-use project that will bring 289 homes and 3,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. This project will help bring continued life to the West Oakland neighborhood with a transit forward design.
