Last week, Board of Supervisors President London Breed selected her appointees to the San Francisco Land Use and Transportation Committee. The members include District 2 Supervisor Mark Farrell, who will chair the committee, District 3 Supervisor Aaron Peskin and District 4 Supervisor Katy Tang (pictured in that order from left to right). Supervisor Peskin is the only returning individual from last year’s committee. The Committee addresses projects and legislation related to land use, zoning, planning, the environment and homelessness, among many other issues.
All three Supervisors are outstanding public servants who will bring diverse and unique perspectives to this body, as well as an array of experiences in San Francisco housing policy. Check out SFHAC’s letter in support of these appointments.
