- Endorsing an exciting new project at 2880 Alum Rock in San Jose.
- Winning approval for new homes in Hayward at 25501 Mission Blvd.
- Waging advocacy campaigns for new homes in San Francisco at 4512 23rd Street, 450 O’Farrell, 1101-1123 Sutter, 425 Broadway, 1324 Powell, 1900 Diamond, and a supportive housing project at 33 Gough.
- Advocating for more homes in the North Ventura Coordinated Area Plan in Palo Alto and at The Mark in San Jose.
- Championing legislation involving ADUs, water reuse, zoning reform, large residential, and Housing Elements in San Francisco.
