BayHAC: Oakland Downtown Plan Presentation

The Bay Area Housing Advocacy Coalition (BayHAC) recently heard from the Oakland Planning Department about the Downtown Plan. The proposal calls for 55,000 new jobs and 30,000 new homes in Downtown Oakland.

The Housing Action Coalition (HAC) is a member-supported nonprofit that advocates for building more homes at all levels of affordability to help alleviate the Bay Area and California’s housing shortage, displacement, and affordability crisis.
