Join us for the next HAC Education session. We will feature expert speakers:
Felicia Nitu, Founder of CityStructure, will walk us through how CityStructure and InstaDev can help developers quickly evaluate a property's full development potential — unit count, applicable state streamlining laws, and preliminary financial feasibility — before making any major commitments.
Felicia will also share firsthand experience working with the SF Planning Department on recent projects, including what that process looks like in practice and where these tools have made a real difference.
Kristian Taylor, Managing Director and CEO of Elite Tax Partner, leads a firm that specializes in tax strategy for real estate owners and developers, with a strong focus on maximizing project viability through incentives, cost segregation, and long-term tax planning.
Kristian has worked closely with developers on structuring projects to improve financial performance, particularly in complex and highly regulated markets like the Bay Area. He'll share how tax credits, depreciation strategies, and project-specific financial optimization can meaningfully impact deal structure and why getting this right early matters.
