Michael Gunning of Lighthouse Public Affairs will take us through the California landscape that led us to the devastating fires in LA. He will pose questions, challenges, and help us understand what state LA is in now.

Ryan Lenney of the Student Homes Coalition will share their work to develop and advocate for statewide policies addressing the student housing crisis. He’ll walk us through their student housing bills package.
