Join HAC for an exclusive hard hat tour of The Tower at 100 McAllister, UC Law SF's landmark rehabilitation of a 28-story Civic Center tower as part of its Academic Village. a bold effort to bring together housing, academics, and community in the heart of San Francisco.
Led by teams from UC Law SF, Plant Construction, Perkins & Will, Page & Turnbull, and Holmes, this tour offers a first-hand look at the historic rehabilitation of one of the city's most distinctive buildings and the larger vision transforming UC Law SF into a fully integrated urban campus.
You'll hear directly from the project team about the complexities of rehabilitating a historic high-rise, the Academic Village's approach to creating vibrant, affordable student and community housing, and the strategic partnerships making it all possible.
