Regulatory Committee: State Laws and Housing

HAC’s Regulatory Committee will hear from two groups of  speakers at this meeting:

• Miles Imwalle from Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass will present about the Vallco SB35 Case, you can read more here.
• Dan Golub from Holland & Knight will present on the Los Altos SB 35 case in context of other recent developments in state housing law. You can read more here.
• Jennifer Hernandez and the rest of the team from Holland and Knight (read their handbook here) will present related housing law updates:

-ADUs for All: Overcoming Continued Objections to ADUs (Kevin Ashe)

-Legislative and Regulatory Updates:  Sacramento and Beyond (Jennifer Hernandez)
