Regulatory Committee: SF Community Land Trust

When we put on our thinking caps to find creative solutions to preserve the affordability of current housing stock, we immediately think of small-site acquisition. On Friday, April 10th, we welcome Tracy Parent, Organizational Director of the SF Community Land Trust, as our guest speaker. She’ll share how her organization acquires small apartment buildings for low to moderate income (up to 120% AMI) and assists the tenants with forming housing cooperatives through which they share ownership of the building.
