Regulatory Committee: Regional Planning and Middle-Class Flats

Our Regulatory Committee will meet to hear from two terrific guest speakers:
- Matt Regan, Senior Vice President of Public Policy at the Bay Area Council, will discuss the work underway at his nonprofit and the regional initiatives on the horizon that would address housing and land use.
- Steve Aiello of Page & Turnbull will present his idea for middle-class flats.
