Regulatory Committee: Infrastructure Finance Districts

Tom Lockard has years of experience setting up infrastructure finance districts (IFDs), a sophisticated financial tool. He’ll present at our Regulatory Committee meeting what IFDs are and how they might be used to finance affordable housing, a new mechanism being considered by the City.
