Welcome back from a very full and eventful summer! The SFHAC invites you to join our Regulatory Committee Meeting to review the latest housing policy news and find out what’s in the pipeline for the fall, which includes November ballot measures, the outcome of the dueling housing ballot initiatives, density bonus, state level CEQA reform and more. We’ll leave 30 minutes of the meeting for member updates. If you have an update from the housing policy world, this is a space for our members to share news and information with interested professionals. All SFHAC members are encouraged to attend.
