Regulatory Committee

Our Regulatory Committee will have a packed agenda.

1. Eric Tao of AGI Avant, who’s been a part of Prop C economic feasibility analysis working group, will present the results of their report that will be used to determine San Francisco’s inclusionary housing requirements.
2. Eric Fisher has made headlines in the local housing wonk world by uncovering data and news headlines from the past several decades that cover landmark housing decisions and sharing them on Twitter. He’ll present an overview of his work and how this data relates to the current housing landscape in San Francisco.
