Project Tour: 99 Rausch

The recently completed 99 Rausch provides 112 condominiums over ground level retail, ideally situated in SoMa at the corner of Rausch and Folsom. The complex is a subtle celebration of the surrounding neighborhood, blending modern design elements with cues and materials reminiscent of nearby buildings and local character. Anticipating Green Point Certification, the complex improves on CA Energy code requirements by 12%, incorporating healthy building materials, fly ash concrete and a rain-screen wall system.  A developer representative and the architects will be at the tour to discuss designing for the site, working with the neighborhood, and executing the project.
