2. Trumark Urban presents on inclusionary housing options for 2155 Webster Street

Trumark Urban will follow up on their November presentation, when they introduced their plans for the adaptive re-use of 2155 Webster, formerly occupied by the University of Pacific’s Dugoni School of Dentistry.  They will explain their reasoning for choosing to pay the in-lieu fee, rather than providing the Below-Market-Rate (BMR) units on site.  Out of their seven projects, this is the only one where they are choosing to pay the fee.  Every other project is providing their BMR units on site. Come join as Trumark will walk us through their decision-making process.
