SFHAC’s Project Review Committee will see presentations for two projects:

Victor Quan and Gary Gee of Gary Gee AIA will show their project idea for five single family homes on a merged lot in Visitacion Valley.
Steven Vettel of Farella, Braun & Martel LLP will follow with plans for a project of 75 new homes in the Mission utilizing the state density bonus.
