Two SFHAC-endorsed projects, 2051 3rd Street and 1201 Tennessee Street, are up for approval at the Planning Commission Thursday, May 1. Support these excellent projects by speaking at the hearing or writing a letter to the Planning Commission.
2051 3rd Street proposes 94 residential rental units with ground-floor flex space. The project includes a mix of units, ranging from studios, one, two and three-bedrooms and would provide 11 below-market-rate units on site.

1201 Tennessee Street is a large mixed-use development that proposes 258 homes, 41 of which would be below-market-rate. The project would also include 12,000 square feet of flex space, 2,000 square feet of retail space and a significant amount of open space.
