Located in the Dogpatch neighborhood at 1201 Tennessee Street, Abaca consists of 259 rental homes with ground-floor retail and a large mid-block passage. Other features include on-site below-market-rate homes, ground-floor retail and shared innovation work space. This transit-oriented project is located along the Third Street Muni line and within walking distance to the 22nd Street Caltrain Station.
