Monthly Membership Meeting: Guest Speaker John Rahaim

Planning Director John Rahaim will be our guest Monthly Membership speaker in June. He will be coming to share the ins & outs of the new planning initiative to move new developments to priority review if  projects have at least 20 percent affordable housing on site (or 30 percent off site) with 100 percent affordable housing getting the highest priority. What do you think? Could this work? Come ask the planning director questions about this initiative and any other burning questions you have about getting our city to the 30,000 new and rehabilitated homes by 2020. All members welcome.
