Maximus Real Estate Partners and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) will present their plans for a proposed mixed-use development at 1979 Mission Street, otherwise known as the 16th Street BART Station. The project team is in the early stages of designing the project, which proposes 351 units and ground floor retail. This is an excellent opportunities for SFHAC members to provide direct feedback on an exciting development in the Mission District.
Prior to the 1979 Mission Street review, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) will give a short presentation on their proposed metering rate increase.
