Land Use Seminar – San Francisco’s Central SoMa Plan: Development Opportunities and New Directions In the Plan

This program will discuss the latest developments in the upzoning that is nearing completion that will allow a great deal of new office, residential and retail development in SoMa centered around the new 4th Street underground MUNI line under construction. It will focus on development opportunities within the area of the Plan, including those already subject to acquisition agreements.
