Monthly Membership Meeting: Kate Hartley with the Mayor’s Office of Housing

We’re thrilled to welcome Kate Hartley, Deputy Director at the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development, to discuss the initiatives underway in her office to provide more housing opportunities for San Franciscans. She will discuss the allocation of Prop A money to fund new affordable housing, which projects will take advantage of the recently passed Affordable Housing Bonus Program, the next steps for the Mission Action Plan 2020, next steps for the off-site inclusionary housing reform measure and the anticipated economic feasibility analysis that will determine future percentages for our inclusionary housing ordinance.
