For many, housing policy can be so dry and wonky. But not anymore! The SFHAC invites you to a special, casual session to unpack an important piece of housing legislation, the Off-Site Inclusionary Reform, that will be introduced soon at the Board of Supervisors. This session will have a particular focus on the Off-site inclusionary radius, examining why the current rules are not working and exploring a recent example of an off-site inclusionary success.
