Happy Hours to Housing: Using Urban Space Smartly
1028 Market Street is the future site of 186 homes. While the project is going through the entitlement process, the developer decided to turn the site into a successful popup food and drink vendor hall, perfect for our next Happy Hour! The event is free to attend and discounted ‘Friends’ memberships will be available to purchase.
‘Friends’ memberships: $25 individuals, $15 students.
