Regulatory Committee: Density Bonus Update

The SF Housing Action Coalition invites you to join us for a constructive and lively discussion on the city’s proposed affordable housing bonus program. Kearstin Dischinger of the SF Planning Department, along with the David Baker Architects (DBA) team, will share the proposed program with the SF Housing Action Coalition’s Regulatory Committee. This proposal builds on comments from previous SFHAC working sessions and work by consultants DBA and Seifel. The City is gearing up to introduce legislation before the end of the year. All SFHAC business and organization members are encouraged to attend.
