8 Octavia Tour

SFHAC members have the opportunity to get an inside look at the new condo residences at 8 Octavia! This 47-unit development is located in Hayes Valley at the intersection of Market Street and Octavia Boulevard, in close proximity to transit and several unique neighborhoods. The building is a mix of one, two and three-bedroom rooms with curated ground-floor retail. Our tour will be led by the Marc MacDonald of DM Development, the developer, and a member of Stanley Saitowitz | Natoma Architects. Afterwards, we’ll go out for a nice happy hour session at Orbit Room, located one block from the project.
