From Parking to Pop-Ups: Touring the Yard at Mission Rock

The Yard at Mission turned a portion of the San Francisco Giant’s parking lot into a pop-up extravaganza. Using repurposed shipping containers, The Yard provides daily food and shopping as well as community events. This unique space gives neighbors the opportunity to experience the Mission Bay neighborhood on a smaller scale. Join the SFHAC for a tour of this innovative program. The creative minds behind the project will share their thoughts behind The Yard and how the concept developed. We’ll then enjoy the tasty bites and beverages offered by the vendors afterwards!
