As we advocate for building more housing at all income levels, we recognize that marginalized communities are the ones most affected by our state’s severe housing shortage. That’s why we are taking steps to ensure every aspect of our work — from the staff we hire to the pro-housing policies we endorse — is steeped in efforts to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive future.
