Regulatory Committee: Density Bonus

The SF Housing Action Coalition, the City’s Planning Department and David Baker Architects invite you to join us for a constructive and lively discussion on the city’s density bonus work that is underway. Planning’s Kearstin Dischinger, along with the David Baker Architects team, will present to the SF Housing Action Coalition’s Regulatory Committee. We will engage your big thinking and look forward to your feedback on their assumptions and findings of their density bonus work thus far. Their intention is to have density bonus legislation ready for early 2015. All SFHAC members are encouraged to attend.
