Regulatory Committee: Inclusionary Housing Update

The Regulatory Committee will hear from members of the City’s Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), tasked to recommend an inclusionary percentage to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Last June, voters approved Prop C that raised the inclusionary percentage from 12 to 25 percent. Trailing legislation required that an economic feasibility analysis be conducted to determine the appropriate percentage. Expected speakers include Eric Tao of AGI Avant and Ted Egan, the City’s Chief Economist.
