Living Efficiently at The Panoramic

One logical response to an expensive housing market is building smaller homes that are naturally affordable by design. The Panoramic includes 160 small rental homes, ranging in size from as small as 274 square feet for a two-bedroom studio to 630 square feet for a four-person unit. These highly efficient, well-designed units will soon be homes for students at the California College of the Arts and San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
