New Housing Tour: 1300 22nd Street

Join the SFHAC for a tour of the new multifamily housing at 1300 22nd Street. The building consists of 91 for-sale homes and one ground-floor retail space. This project received widespread support from the Dogpatch community during its approval process, as well as from SFHAC, and was approved unanimously at the Planning Commission. The project developer and architect will be there to talk about their experiences acquiring the site, working with the neighborhood and executing the plan.
