New Homes and Grocery Store Arise at Lumina

The Rincon Hill neighborhood continues to grow and prosper with the arrival of Lumina at 201 Folsom Street. This new tower brings 655 for-sale homes and a brand new grocery store that will serve San Francisco’s growing population. The 100 percent market-rate building also funded the construction of 190 permanently affordable homes at 1400 Mission Street. Developer Tishman Speyer will take SFHAC members through this exciting and unique building as it completes construction.
